As a follow up to the report on Access to NHS Dentistry received by the Committee on 9 September 2008: a) To further investigate the extent to which the Committee’s 2005 report to the 28 May 2008 Board meeting of Suffolk Primary Care Trust (PCT) has been adopted in the commissioning and delivery of dental services in Suffolk b) To consider the extent to which progress since the 28 May 2008 PCT report and 9 September 2008 NHS Suffolk report, illustrates what has been achieved so far and what is proposed for the future.

Evacuating the building in an emergency: Information for Visitors
If you hear the alarm:
1. Leave the building immediately via Fire Exit and make your way to the Assembly point (Ipswich Town Football Ground)
2. Follow the signs directing you to Fire Exits at each end of the floor
3. Do not enter the Atrium (Ground Floor area and walkways). If you are in the Atrium at the time of the Alarm, follow the signs to the nearest Fire Exit
4. Use the stairs, NOT the lifts
5. Do not re-enter the building until told it is safe to do so.
